• Provide, operate, and maintain the KratorAI platform and its features.
• Build and continuously improve your Brand Intelligence Profile.
• Generate and publish AI-powered content on your connected social media accounts.
• Retrieve and analyze post performance data to optimize your content strategy.
• Process subscription payments and manage your account.
• Send service notifications, security alerts, and product updates.
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries.
• Improve platform performance and develop new features based on usage patterns.

KratorAI does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Third-Party AI Providers: Your content inputs are processed through third-party AI model providers, including Google Gemini and Anthropic, to deliver content generation services.
• Social Media Platforms: Content and publishing instructions are sent to connected platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, via their official APIs solely to publish content on your behalf.
• Payment Processor: Billing information is processed through Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.
• Infrastructure Providers: We use cloud infrastructure services, including Supabase and Vercel, to host and operate the platform. These providers act as data processors under our instructions.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority.

KratorAI integrates with Meta's platforms, Facebook and Instagram, through Meta's official APIs. With respect to data obtained through these integrations, we confirm the following:

• We access only the data permissions explicitly authorized by you during the OAuth 2.0 connection flow.
• We collect post-level performance data, including impressions and engagement metrics, solely to power KratorAI's performance optimization features.
• We do not use Meta platform data to serve advertisements, build user profiles for advertising purposes, or share Meta data with third parties for advertising.
• We do not use Meta platform data to train AI models.
• Meta platform data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the optimization features and is deleted upon account termination or access revocation.
• You may revoke KratorAI's access to your Facebook or Instagram account at any time through your Meta account settings or your KratorAI account settings.

We retain your personal data and brand profile information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your account:

• Your brand profile and content history will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
• Performance data collected from connected social media accounts will be deleted within 30 days of account termination or access revocation.
• You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@kratorai.com.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel only.

While we take data security seriously, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your KratorAI account and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

KratorAI operates globally and your data may be processed on servers located outside Nigeria. Where we transfer data internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the NDPR and GDPR where applicable.

KratorAI is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete that data promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of KratorAI after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
