Terms governing your access to and use of the KratorAI platform.
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and Gioguide Limited, the company behind KratorAI ("we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the KratorAI platform and its services. KratorAI is a product of Gioguide Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
By accessing or using KratorAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service.
KratorAI is an autonomous AI-powered marketing platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The platform automates the full social media marketing workflow, including:
KratorAI is intended for use by businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
To access KratorAI, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@kratorai.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
KratorAI connects to third-party social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, through OAuth 2.0 authorization. When you connect a social media account, you explicitly authorize KratorAI to access, publish, and retrieve performance data on behalf of that account, within the scope of permissions you grant during the OAuth flow.
You may revoke KratorAI's access to any connected social media account at any time, either through your KratorAI account settings or directly through the third-party platform's settings. Revoking access will disable publishing and optimization features for that platform.
Your use of connected social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, remains subject to those platforms' own terms of service and community guidelines. KratorAI is not responsible for any changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that may affect service functionality.
KratorAI offers the following monthly subscription plans, priced in USD:
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize KratorAI to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. If we make a material change to subscription pricing, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new pricing takes effect for existing subscribers.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at contact@kratorai.com within 7 days of the charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
You agree not to use KratorAI to:
You retain all rights to the content you input into KratorAI, including brand assets, images, and text. By using the service, you grant KratorAI a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the KratorAI platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and documentation, are owned exclusively by Gioguide Limited. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights in the platform to you.
KratorAI uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gioguide Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of KratorAI, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to your brand reputation resulting from published content.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to KratorAI in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be harmful to KratorAI, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the service will cease immediately.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make a material change, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice within the platform before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of KratorAI after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
